How KiwiTable takes a school from staff list to Monday morning

Set up: create standards and sections, pick subjects from the catalogue, and import teachers from a CSV. Unique teacher codes are generated automatically.
Allot: for every class choose the subjects it needs, set periods per week, assign teachers, and mark class teachers. Periods left to place are shown live.
Generate: one run with anti-conflict placement, balanced looping across the week, and staff optimisation. Fine-tune class-wise or teacher-wise.
Run daily: mark absences, apply the fairness-ranked substitution plan, and export registers and grids whenever the office needs them.

How does substitution stay fair?: Free teachers are ranked by how many periods they have lost and covered this month, so the same few teachers are not asked every time.
Can I import my existing staff list?: Yes. Upload a CSV with names, phones, and optional codes; missing teacher codes are generated for you.
